SHIPPING POLICY

 

Although we strive to process orders within 48-72 hours of receipt, orders may take to up to 7-10 business days to ship. Due to an COVID-19, please allow up to 14 days for shipping and successful delivery. Please bear with us as this is also outside of our control.

REFUNDS

We accept returns within seven days of receipt for store credit only — starting from the first day products were delivered. Email return inquiries to hello@foodpluspeople.com, and include your full name, last 4 digits card and order number in the email. Inquiries submitted later will not be honored.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase and before orders have shipped to hello@foodpluspeople.com

LOSS OF PRODUCT

In the event that any or all product(s) are lost, such as damage to or loss of a component of the product necessary for final delivery, the provider shall re-ship damaged or lost products upon notice at providers discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
